• Rajasthan Dahi ke Pithore- So damn delicious! You’ve got to try these semolina crusted hung curd and gram flour cakes, lying on a bed of greenpea masala served with sweet yogurt. The tamarind chutney just kicks up the entire combination even more!

•Kolkata Fish Fry- Maach bhaja! Who doesn’t love a crispy bhekti fish in Kolkata? Being an avid fan of bengali food myself, nothing comes between me and my fish! And when served with kasundi mayo and Pui shak- two of my favourites come together with it, all I can say is “aami tomake bhaalo bhashi”

• Hyderabad Nagarjuna Chilli Chicken Roll– I’m not even kidding, but we all ate the entire thing in one go! So you can imagine how delicious these were. Paranthas wrapped in nagarjuna chilli Chicken served along with coconut chutney. By the way- ‘Bilkul bhi oily nahi tha!’

• Punjab Sarson Di Shammi- Sarson and soy cooked with Punjabi garam masala and served with Makai phulka, ghee and aachar. This is a time ticking bomb. Eat it before it gets cold!
• Bangalore Prawns Chilli, Butter Garlic- Who is up for some delectably-awesome combination? Bangalore style butter garlic sauce tossed prawns served with crispy chips. #drooling
